  I had called Deluxe RV trying to buy a Teardrop trailer...never got a call back...bought one from DJ Sales in Winnipeg. Had my trailer broken into...called Deluxe about replacement parts...they did a estimate and that was sent to my insurance company...i have waited a month for the parts and calling every week or so for an update..if i don't get Shane on the phone i never get a call back..when i was able to talk to Shane he said the order was shipped...after waiting another week or 2 i called the manufacturer and found not only was the order never placed but Deluxe is not the Nu Camp dealer anymore...i would not recommend that you use Deluxe RV for teardrop needs...that would be Travel Land RV in Airdrie AB
